MORGAN LUND
Design has always been part of who I am. I grew up in a creative, hands-on home and was exposed to real estate and interiors from a young age—so it’s no surprise I found my way into this world early on. I studied Interior Design at Alexandria Technical & Community College and have spent the past 7+ years designing everything from custom homes to virtual spaces and even a few corporate retail sales along the way.
Today, I run LUNDHAUS Interiors with a focus on creating beautiful, functional spaces that truly reflect how you live. Whether you're building, remodeling, or just giving a space a fresh look, I offer flexible, approachable virtual design services to help make the process easy, personal, and honestly—fun!
When I’m not designing, I’m usually soaking up time with my husband, our son, and our two wrinkly, lovable English bulldogs. Home has always been a meaningful place for me—not just in design, but in how we live, gather, and create memories. That’s what I try to bring to every space I design.
I’m drawn to earthy, vintage-inspired palettes—muted tones that bring warmth, depth, and character. Mid-century modern is my favorite era, thanks to its clean lines, intentional details, and timeless appeal. I love mixing old and new, high and low—layering budget-friendly finds with meaningful pieces to create spaces that feel lived-in and personal.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen cooking or baking, or out for a long walk! We’ve also been remodeling our own home—a fun, messy, and inspiring project that’s kept me on my creative toes and reminded me firsthand what my clients experience during the process!
A few things I believe:
– Lighting is everything (and yes, I probably own too many lamps)
– Space planning is where the magic happens—form and function should always go hand in hand
– Good design isn’t about trends—it’s about telling your story
– I keep a running list of “dream house” ideas… just in case
– I’m a sucker for a great tile layout!
– Heirloom pieces always win over fast furniture
Design is personal—and it should feel that way. I love helping people create spaces that reflect who they are and how they live, with heart, intention, and a little bit of soul.
